Need to get in shape, burn, build, tone and get acclimated to our crazy gym? Not quite ready for Ninja Warrior skills, but aspire to become more fit and more athletic? This is the place to start building muscles, flexibility and losing weight in preparation for more advanced classes.
For those who are semi-athletic and looking to try something new. We get into ninja warrior and parkour techniques for overcoming larger obstacles. Upper body strength becomes more important in this class for hanging, swinging and climbing.
Completed the Level II class and looking to take your game to the next level? This is where the magic happens. We’ll be doing advanced parkour, climbing, tackling obstacles of challenges or all kinds.

Learn the “How”, “What” and “Why” of “Ninja Fitness” training. Learn how to replace your failed or boring fitness routine with something far more satisfying and fun.
This program is developed the amazing MWG staff, of Parkour professionals and Ninja Warriors and teaches elements of balance, agility, strength, cardio, endurance and it will gently push you outside your comfort zone in a fun and safe way. Get a cardio and full-body strength workout, customized to your ability level. Taught in our 5,000 square foot obstacle course space with everything from small balance beams to our 14.5 foot warped wall.
We like to start small but think big here. We’ll focus on footwork, grip strength, vaulting over obstacles, dive rolls, proper (safe) landings and body control, knowing how to FAIL, and lots more. You’ll leave feeling accomplished and tired out after every class.
