Make Fitness Fun!
Obstacle fitness is quickly growing as a fun alternative to working out. And you DON’T have to be in top physical condition to get started! This intro class is a great way for everyone, yes EVERYONE, to get introduced to the concepts of working out on our obstacles and staying within your comfort zone.
If you are overweight, over the hill, intimidated or otherwise hesitant to come in, this is the class for you! Learn how to incorporate more fun into your life here at the Maine Warrior Gym and get into shape while you play with us!
Get a basic cardiovascular and strength workout, but most importantly, this class will focus on introducing you to the technique of using obstacles and safely incorporating them into your workout routine, all while having fun.
All memberships include full membership to our fitness studio.
