Mel brings her experience as a circus artist and yoga instructor to her classes and enjoys seeing students challenge themselves and thrive. She specializes in aerial circus arts as well as other disciplines such as physical theatre, dance and acrobatics. Her classes are a balance of extreme physicality, partnered with breath, alignment, flexibility and a whole bunch of play! She enjoys sharing with others the mental and physical healing that come with pushing ones limits, listening to your body and connecting with others. When she’s not teaching, you can find her performing locally, dancing or walking in the woods with her dog and partner.
