New Classes in 2017

Adult All-Levels Parkour Class

Mondays, 7-8pm
The sport of Parkour is getting more and more popular every day and is a great way to stay active and incorporate fitness into your daily life.  This is an 18+ class that will condition your body and your mind and help you learn Parkour in a safe and effective way.

Adult All-Levels OCR (Obstacle Course Racing)

Wed & Thurs, 6-7pm
Prepare for your next Spartan race, Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash or obstacle race.  We’ll be recreating the torturous obstacles and conditioning required to train for these races in our indoor obstacle course gym.

OCR Training & Warrior Elements

Tuesdays, 7-8pm
Join MWG owner Tim Johnson with 25 years of martial arts experience for this exciting new obstacle training and conditioning class for all skill levels.
We’ll also take some time during each class to get into the deeper aspects of the warrior lifestyle. Train not only physical skills but mental and emotional skills with elements of martial arts, parkour, bio-mechanics, awareness and self exploration this class will help you approach your goals from a different perspective.

Adult-Only Open Gym

Thursday, 7-8pm
Exactly what it sounds like. Come to train hard on your own without worrying about kids!  Challenge your peers in our friendly, casual yet aggressive atmosphere.

Chinese Kung Fu

Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm
Improve your strength, flexibility, agility, balance, stamina, concentration and overall health through the practice of Chinese kung fu. Instructor and MWG Owner, Tim Johnson takes a mind/body approach to teaching and encourages personal growth on all levels. You will learn to control your body and develop postures and muscle control that, with dedicated practice, will change your life.

Studio Fitness Classes

M & W at 5:30pm

Axe-Throwing, 18+

We have a brand new safe area (not near the obstacle course) with two axe throwing targets.  Learn the basics of how to throw an axe, try out our broad array of axes, and try your hand at our leisure game “Bowl-axe-ing” for groups of up to 8 players.  Learn more at our new axe-throwing website:  www.warrioracademy.me

“Warriorpreneur” Business Networking Event

January 18th, 7-9pm
Join a myriad of entrepreneur’s and business professionals while we come together to discuss overcoming obstacles in 2017.  We will have refreshments and will also be setting up varying levels of obstacle courses, for anyone interested in trying it out.
